The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved.

It is also close to district 1 where there's lots going on. it is situated in District 3, making it a great choice for business travelers. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel could improve their menu options, as one reviewer found the meal to be bland and uninteresting.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even assisting us in crossing the road. The hotel had clean rooms and comfortable facilities. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, and we enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a reliable free shuttle service to the main tourist area in the city. The location was also convenient, with shopping centers and markets nearby.

We were kinda surprised with a room upgrade upon arrival at the Windsor. The views from the rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Despite some minor drawbacks like the buffet being crowded with tour groups, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. a safe choice for a pleasant stay in Saigon.

The breakfast was excellent, big room, friendly and helpful staff, reliable shuttle service, top hotel at a reasonable price.

Nothing not to love.

The buffet dinner was great, had it twice. Free shuttle bus service around the city was convenient. Upgraded rooms on higher floors were very nice. Staff provided excellent service. a modern and sophisticated experience.

This venue provided me with a luxurious experience that fulfilled all of my exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & wellness centre left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. the rooftop pool and sun loungers were the perfect places to unwind and enjoy the stunning view.

In regards to service, there was a minor issue with the response time to fix the in-room breakfast. the staff were friendly and helpful, and this did not detract from my overall experience.
